This year has zipped by so far and we are already into the Spring class blocks!
Flow is my brand new short format class that combines seated yoga with Tai Chi moves. This is an excellent class for anyone new or returning to exercise. I'm really hoping demand for this class will grow and I can expand on its format.
Chair Yoga also began the same day with many returning clients. This is such a lovely hour of both relaxation and deeper stretching - still suitable for all!
I am so pleased that I'm beginning to forge some more local links with care homes and community groups. Being able to share an exercise class with lots of laughs truly makes my job a very easy one. I'm immensely grateful.

I'm also really hoping our weather wises up a bit and I can get outside to deliver some truly spectacular Chi Me by the sea! Being out in nature really enhances the experience for everyone. If it would just stop raining please!
