Who are your classes for?

Quite simply everybody!

My classes can be delivered seated or standing.
They can be tailored to the needs of your participants.
Those with disabilities and additional learning needs can be accommodated for both yoga and Tai Chi.
These classes are suitable for those with dementia.

What equipment do I need?

I recommend comfortable loose clothing and flat shoes.
A suitable sturdy chair without arms resting on either carpet or a mat.
A device to log in to Zoom if taking an online class.
