Autumn is nearly here!

I can't believe how fast 2024 has gone! 

I am now fully booked for October and more than half booked for November so if your group, home or fold wants a visit please do get in touch as soon as possible. 

Zoom classes will restart in October and for the first time I have a booking app for your convenience. Bookwhen gives you the option to book class blocks and also now, for the first time, single classes. This gives you much greater flexibility and choice. I hope to see you in class very soon!
