Delighted to have another Zoom Chair Yoga block begin on 19 February @ 7pm. This is a 5 week block and we will begin to explore some new moves during these sessions.
Also there is a brand new blended Tai Chi and Yoga short Zoom class block called Flow beginning on 8 April @ 10am. This will be a short class format and suitable for those new or returning to exercise. This is entirely new so please join in and see for yourself!
